How do I contact JUALUMNI?

Q: I can not login. My UserID and/or Password is not working!
A: Please remember that both UserID and Password are case sensitive. Please make sure that you are typing them exactly - uppercase for uppercase, lowercase for lowercase. Also, please make sure you are not leaving any space at the begining or ending of your UserID/Password.

If you still can not login, please click here to retrieve your Username and Password to make sure you are typing the correct UserID/Password.

Q: I forgot my password. Can you resend my password please?
A: Please click here to go to the password retrieval page. In the box enter your e-mail address that you used at registration. Click Submit. The system will automatically resend your UserID+Password to your e-mail address.

For your own protection, the system will not send any UserID or Password if you enter an e-mail address that is different than your e-mail address in the database.

Q: I uploaded my picture but can not see the picture in my profile.
A: Two points you must remember while uploading your picture: 1. your picture must be either .gif or .jpg format. Also, please make sure to spell in lowercase - .gif or .jpg, not .GIF or .JPG

2. you must rename your picture to match your UserID. This is how the sytem can identify your picture and display it with your profile. If your UserID is "abcd0123" you should rename your picture to "abcd0123.gif" or "abcd0123.jpg".

Q: Can I send news and pictures to publish in the website?
A: Absolutely. We cordially welcome news and pictures from all alumni. The news can be about anything - reunion, academic achievments, social achievments, new job, getting married, becoming parent, death of an alumnus - any alumni related news that you would like to share with the greater JU alumni community around the world. Please always try to send some digital photos along with the news.

Q: How can I add MyProfile to my Yahoo e-mails?
A: Now you can add a link to your profile in all your outgoing Yahoo e-mails. This way you can easily broadcast your profile to all recepients of your e-mails. Just follow the simple stemps below:

1. In jualumni.net search for your name under your batch list
2. When you see your name in the batch list, hold the pointer of your mouse on the Profile link of your name
3. This will show the URL to your profile at the bottom of the window
4. Write down the entire profile in a piece of paper

5. Sign-in to your Yahoo e-mail account
6. Click on the link 'Options'
7. Now click on the link 'Signature'. This will bring you to a box where you can type the signature to add to your e-mails.
8. In the box type 'My Profile'
9. Now highlight the words 'My Profile' and click on the 'Create Hyperlink' button on the menu bar of the box.

10. In the new box type the full URL to your profile that you noted before in a piece of paper as described in step 4 above. Please double check that you have typed the full URL exactly as it appeared in step 4.
11. Click OK
12. Click on the box to 'Add signature to all outgoing messages'
13. Save your changes and you are done!!
14. Send a test message to yourself or to info@jualumni.net to see how the link to your profile appears in your e-mails.

A: Absolutely. Just insert the follwoing HTML codes in your website where you want the search box to appear:
